Ttile has no meaning. Her scales glow btw, and she controls the power of rain - she's similar to Muse in that she's a Dragon Seal (European Dragon, Muse is a Wyvern). Her Seal is the Gentle Rain - once I draw up a character sheet, you'll see why the name's a bit of irony, considering her steely, shoot-first-ask-questions-later attitude. The song I assigned her kinda' suits that x3
