Done in March 2007. Drawn to the song 'The Spirit Realm(long version) - Venus & Braves'.

Edit: hightened the lighting contrast and stuff...

'The Ancient Circle, in it's crown held a giant, beautful marble, glowing with the souls of the many...as so the legends had told...every soul was sealed within it's magical confines, and only the bravest warrior could retrieve a soul from within...'

I wish I could like this better.....:/ Done in about 2/3 hours, just a speedpaint ^^; The version without the spirirts looks better but oh well, this was how it was meant to be....this was inspired by the fabulous song by Masako Oogami, The Spirit Realm.

That's pretty good. Reminds me of the one part in the 3rd Harry Potter book with the Dementors. I love the coloring on it.

i think the work is really nice,there's flow in it.
the tone colors are well chosen.
i do can accept the white things as spirits like.

n i think u can do a much better version of this.
pay attention to the gradual change of light and dark,not too clear cut.
but the idea is actually a bit haunting :)
